Find answers to the most common questions about our sports infrastructure services.
Honest answers to the questions clients commonly ask before engaging us.
Our core services include: cricket ground construction (pitches, outfields, nets, pavilions), stadium construction (spectator seating, roofing, amenity blocks), indoor sports facilities (badminton, basketball, futsal halls), and outdoor multi-sport grounds (football, hockey, athletics). We also provide design/planning services and post-construction maintenance for facilities we have built.
Timelines depend on project scope, site conditions, and weather. As a general guide: a practice cricket facility may take 3–5 months, a full cricket ground with outfield and pavilion 6–9 months, an indoor hall 4–7 months, and a stadium 12–24 months. We provide a specific timeline in our written proposal after site assessment. Delays can occur due to monsoon, permit processing, or client-side changes — we communicate these immediately when they arise.
Costs vary significantly based on scope, location, soil conditions, and specifications. We cannot provide accurate pricing without a site visit. However, as a rough reference: a basic practice net setup may start from ₹10–15 lakhs, a full cricket ground from ₹40–80 lakhs depending on specifications, an indoor hall from ₹60 lakhs–2 crores depending on size and flooring, and stadiums from ₹5 crores upward. We provide detailed written estimates with material and labour breakdowns after site assessment — this estimate is free and carries no obligation.
Yes. We provide site survey coordination, architectural drawings (2D and 3D), structural design, and cost estimation. These services can be engaged independently (if you plan to use a different contractor for construction) or as part of a full construction contract with us. Design fees are typically adjusted against the construction contract if you proceed with us for the build.
Our office is in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. We have completed projects in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Telangana. For projects in other states, we evaluate on a case-by-case basis depending on project size and logistics. Free site visits are offered within Tamil Nadu; for other locations, travel costs for the initial visit are discussed upfront.
We offer annual maintenance contracts (AMC) for facilities we have built. This typically includes quarterly inspection visits, turf/pitch surface care (rolling, top-dressing, reseeding as needed), drainage clearing, floodlight servicing, and minor civil repairs. Emergency repairs are addressed within 48–72 hours depending on location. AMC terms and pricing are provided separately after project handover. We do not currently offer maintenance for facilities built by other contractors.
Materials are selected based on the specific requirements of each project — sport type, usage frequency, climate, and budget all factor in. For example, cricket pitches use tested red soil/black cotton soil mixes; indoor floors may be wooden, synthetic, or polyurethane depending on sport; drainage uses HDPE pipes with geotextile wrapping. All materials come with supplier documentation, and clients can request third-party test reports for critical components. We do not use a single "premium" brand for everything — we select what's appropriate for each application.
Contact us by phone (+91 78 2250 2000), email (info@raddy.site), WhatsApp, or through the contact form on this website. We'll have an initial conversation about your requirements, location, and budget range. If there's a potential fit, we schedule a site visit (free within Tamil Nadu). After the visit, we prepare a written proposal with scope, specifications, timeline, and cost breakdown. You review this at your own pace — there is no pressure to proceed.
We can assist with identifying which approvals are required for your project (building permits, environmental clearances, fire safety NOC, etc.) and help prepare the necessary documentation. However, the actual approval process involves government bodies and timelines are outside our control. We are transparent about this — permit processing can add 2–6 months to a project timeline depending on the state and local body. We factor this into our project schedule from the start.
Payments are structured around project milestones — you pay as work progresses, not all upfront. A typical structure is: 10–20% advance on agreement signing, then payments at defined milestones (foundation complete, structure complete, surface installation, etc.), with 5–10% retained until final inspection and handover. Exact percentages are specified in the project agreement before work begins. We accept bank transfer, cheque, and UPI. Full details are in our Payment Policy.
