Arbitration shall be conducted in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, by a sole arbitrator appointed mutually, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
