Stadium Construction
We construct spectator stadiums for sports events. This includes structural engineering, seating installation, roofing, drainage, floodlighting, and amenity blocks. Stadium size depends on client requirements and budget.

Cricket Grounds

Design & Planning
Before construction begins, we provide design and planning services. This includes site survey, architectural drawings, structural calculations, and cost estimation. These services can be engaged independently or as part of a full construction contract.

Project Management
For larger projects, we provide dedicated project management including scheduling, vendor coordination, quality inspection, and client reporting. This ensures the project stays on track without the client needing to manage day-to-day site operations.

Maintenance & Upkeep
After construction is complete, we offer annual maintenance contracts (AMC) for facilities we have built. This covers routine inspections, surface care, drainage clearing, and minor repairs. Emergency repairs are addressed within 48-72 hours depending on location.
- Quarterly inspection visits with written condition reports
- Turf and pitch surface maintenance (rolling, top-dressing, reseeding)
- Drainage system clearing and floodlight servicing
- Minor civil repairs covered under AMC terms
Consulting Services
If you already have a contractor but need technical guidance on sports-specific requirements, we offer consulting services on a fee basis. This is useful for clients who want independent advice on specifications, material selection, or quality assessment of ongoing work.
