1. What This Policy Covers
This Service Policy describes how Raddy Pvt Ltd delivers sports infrastructure projects. It covers our process from initial contact through to project handover and post-completion support. This policy applies to all services we offer, though specific terms for individual projects are detailed in the respective Project Agreement.
2. Our Service Categories
We offer the following categories of work:
- Full Construction Projects: End-to-end delivery of sports facilities — from site preparation through to final handover. This includes stadiums, cricket grounds, indoor arenas, outdoor fields, and multi-sport complexes.
- Design and Planning: Architectural design, 3D visualization, structural engineering, site feasibility studies, and regulatory compliance planning. This can be engaged independently or as part of a full construction project.
- Project Management: Oversight and coordination of construction activities, including scheduling, quality control, vendor management, and progress reporting.
- Renovation and Upgrades: Modification, repair, or upgrade of existing sports facilities to meet current standards or new requirements.
- Maintenance: Scheduled and on-demand maintenance services for completed facilities, including turf management, surface repairs, equipment servicing, and facility inspections.
- Consulting: Expert advisory services on sports infrastructure matters — material selection, regulatory requirements, cost optimization, and feasibility assessment.
3. How a Project Typically Works
While every project is different, here is our general process:
- Initial Contact: You reach out to us with your requirements. We have a preliminary discussion to understand what you need.
- Site Visit and Assessment: We visit the proposed site (at no charge for projects within Tamil Nadu; travel costs may apply for distant locations) to assess ground conditions, access, utilities, and any constraints.
- Proposal: Based on our assessment, we prepare a detailed proposal including scope, timeline, cost estimate, and payment schedule.
- Agreement: Once you approve the proposal (with any negotiated changes), we sign a formal Project Agreement.
- Design Phase: Our architects and engineers prepare detailed designs, structural drawings, and material specifications for your approval.
- Construction: Work begins on site. You receive weekly progress updates with photographs. We conduct internal quality checks at each milestone.
- Inspection and Handover: Upon completion, we conduct a final inspection (you are invited to participate). We address any punch-list items, then formally hand over the facility with all documentation.
- Post-Handover Support: We remain available for questions and provide warranty coverage as specified in your agreement.
4. Quality Standards
Our work adheres to the following standards:
- All structural work complies with relevant Indian Standards (IS codes) and local building regulations
- Cricket pitches are prepared to BCCI guidelines where applicable
- Materials are sourced from approved vendors and tested before use on site
- We maintain detailed records of all materials used, including batch numbers and test certificates
- Independent quality inspections can be arranged at the client's request (at client's cost)
5. Communication During Projects
We believe clear communication prevents most problems. During active projects:
- You will have a dedicated project manager as your single point of contact
- Weekly progress reports with site photographs are sent every Monday
- Milestone completion notifications are sent as each phase is finished
- Any issues, delays, or changes are communicated within 24 hours of identification
- You can visit the site at any time during working hours (with prior notice for safety coordination)
6. Warranty
We stand behind our work. Standard warranty terms are:
- Structural work: 10-year warranty against structural defects
- Playing surfaces (turf, pitch): 2-year warranty with recommended maintenance followed
- Electrical and plumbing: 1-year warranty on workmanship
- Equipment and fittings: Manufacturer's warranty (passed through to you)
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of recommended maintenance, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications. Specific warranty terms for your project will be detailed in the Project Agreement.
7. What We Expect From Clients
For projects to run smoothly, we need:
- Timely decisions on design approvals and material selections
- Clear communication of any changes to requirements
- Payments made according to the agreed schedule
- Site access as agreed (including utilities like water and electricity for construction)
- Prompt response to queries (within 5 business days)
Delays on the client's side may result in corresponding adjustments to the project timeline.
